Miriam Cooper — Real Tales About Reel Folk (1914) 🇺🇸

Miriam Cooper, the charming Southern girl, who stars in Reliance films, is a great lover of children and animals. The other day one of the players took this snap-shot of her and two of her favorites in a corner of the studio domain.

The very lovable little girl is Betty Berthalown, and the adorable creature she is holding in her arms is a baby coyote. Betty has the distinction of being the niece of Mae Marsh, the Majestic character-heroine, and the picture shows that she resembles her famous aunt.

The child and Miss Cooper are almost inseparable. As for the coyote, little Miss Berthalown wouldn’t part with that — not even to her beloved Miriam.
